At LEJAN we understand that shopping online can be a challenge, especially when it comes to sizing. We recommend you to check all the details before finalizing your purchase and measure correctly the size for your little one.
We want your experience to be excellent. That's why we have designed a clear and simple policy for shipping, exchanges and returns. We hope it helps you :)
Shipments (confirmation, deadlines, rates and customs)
Order confirmation and tracking

After making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.

When your order is prepared and delivered to the carrier, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Customs and taxes

In international shipments, the taxes or duties applicable at destination are included in the final rate. The customer will not have to assume any additional customs charges.

If an order exceeds the maximum value allowed by the regulations of the destination country, LEJAN BRAND may request additional information or documentation to comply with customs regulations.
Incidents and shipment cancellations

If for any reason beyond our control an order cannot be shipped, we will inform you within 24 working hours.

A full refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please contact us by WhatsApp (on the web) or email(hola@lejanbrand.com). If the warehouse has not prepared it yet, the cancellation will be free of charge. If it is already prepared or has been shipped, it must be processed as a return.
⏳ Exceptional extension of the exchange and return period.
During the campaign, all orders placed between November 23 and December 31 have an extended exchange and return period until January 31.
Size Change
The first size exchange is free for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Outside Spain, the exchange will have the cost of international shipping according to your country/zone (see rates above). You can manage it yourself from the portal: https:lejan choosing store credit and returning to purchase.
This option is not always available (depending on geographical area). If it is not, contact us by WhatsApp or at hola@lejanbrand.com and we will manage it for you.
Return
You may return any product without justification within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, go to: https:lejan Enter your order number and zip code, download/print the label and deliver it to the office indicated or wait for pick-up if requested.
We will process the refund when the package arrives at our warehouse.
Item condition: unused, with original packaging and accessories, and in perfect condition. Do not attach the label directly to the original LEJAN box; place it on the outer bag or box. If the label sticks to the original box, the return will not be processed.
After 30 days, we will not be able to accept returns.
Return costs (Spain peninsula): 4,99 €. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Return costs (International): the cost of return is the same as the international shipping cost applicable to your country/area (see section on Rates and deadlines by country or region). These costs are to be borne by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Note: except in Spain (Peninsula), where the return is fixed at 4.99 €, the return cost is the same as the standard shipping cost for each country/area.
Size Changes:
- Send the item to the address we will provide you when contacting customer service(hola@lejanbrand.com) or by WhatsApp.
- Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and correspond to the international shipping rate for your country/zone indicated in this policy.
- After receiving the product in perfect condition and unused, we will send the new size requested.
- The customer assumes the cost of shipping the new size.
- International returns: the return cost will be equal to the international shipping cost applicable to your country/area (see rates). Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Time to Reimburse
Once we have received the package in our warehouse and verified its condition, we will initiate the refund. The credit will be reflected in your account in approx. 2 to 7 days, depending on your bank. We will send you an email when it is completed.

Returns and Special Situations
If we receive shoes that are dirty or show signs of wear, we will contact you to explain the reason for rejection and how to proceed with the cost of collection and reshipment.
Incidents
We work with high quality standards. If you still find a defective product, we will give you an adequate solution free of charge.
Check the products upon receipt and before use. Report any non-conformity or damage immediately so that we can effectively assist you.
Complaints and Claims
For any problem or complaint, we are available through the contact form or at hola@lejanbrand.com. If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can file an official complaint with accredited entities on the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.
Security and Confidentiality
We treat your card data securely using protected servers. We keep the information exchanged as proof of transactions. You can request consultation, rectification or cancellation of your data by writing to: hola@lejanbrand.com.
Warranties
In LEJAN BRAND we guarantee the authenticity of all our products, conceived, designed and manufactured by us. Each article has 3 years of warranty, according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other related laws).
Validity of the form as proof of acceptance
You accept these conditions by clicking "place order" on the Checkout page and accept the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale. Both parties acknowledge the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
We reserve the right to defend the interests of the company against libel, slander or unjustified attacks on our reputation on the Internet or other media.
If any condition is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be ineffective only to that extent, without affecting the rest.
Corporate responsibility
We are not responsible for information manipulated or entered by third parties on our website.
We do not assume responsibility for damages derived from an incorrect, illegitimate or illicit use of the web, services, contents or products.
We may deny access to the website, without prior notice, in the event of non-compliance with the terms of use or acts contrary to the law, morality, good customs or public order.
We may modify the general terms and conditions respecting the rights acquired. Any change will be notified by updating the terms on the portal. Continued use implies acceptance.
Although the website is tested to function correctly all year round, interruptions may occur due to causes beyond our control (programming errors, maintenance, force majeure, natural disasters, hackers, strikes, etc.). No financial compensation may be claimed for such interruptions.
Product colors may vary depending on device configuration. We solve your doubts, but we are not responsible for discrepancies resulting from these variations.
