Shipping Policy
General information
This Policy governs the terms and conditions regarding shipping, exchanges, returns, cancellations, issues, and the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal applicable to purchases made through the website www.lejanbrand.com, owned by LEJAN BRAND, S.L.
This policy has been drawn up in accordance with current regulations on consumer and user protection, e-commerce, and data protection, and applies to all orders placed through the website.
Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the customer has a legal right of withdrawal for purchases made remotely.
The customer may exercise this right within fourteen (14) calendar days, without having to justify their decision and without penalty, except for the direct costs of returning the product, when these have been duly communicated.
Start of the withdrawal period
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall begin on the day on which the customer, or a third party authorized by the customer, acquires physical possession of the product, i.e., upon actual receipt of the order.
For orders with multiple products delivered separately, the period will begin from the receipt of the last product.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision unequivocally within the established legal period, using the contact details provided by LEJAN BRAND.
LEJAN BRAND withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the customer has provided valid proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
Effects of withdrawal and refund
In the event of legal withdrawal:
- The amount of the returned product or products will be refunded.
- Standard shipping costs for the initial shipment will be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, without prejudice to the bank's own terms and conditions.
Return costs in case of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the legal right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, in accordance with current regulations, having been previously informed of these costs in this policy.

Order confirmation and tracking
Once the purchase has been made, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
When the order is prepared and delivered to the carrier, LEJAN BRAND an additional email with the tracking number, which will allow you to check the status of the shipment at any time.
Approximate delivery times.
The delivery times indicated are approximate and may be affected by logistical incidents, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand (launches, Black Friday, Christmas, special promotions), customs procedures, or causes beyond the control of LEJAN BRAND.
- Spain: 24–72 business hours (depending on method)
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days
LEJAN BRAND isBRAND responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping rates.
The shipping rates applicable to each country or region, as well as the minimum amounts for free shipping, are clearly displayed during the purchase process and are detailed in this policy.
These rates may vary depending on the destination, the shipping method selected, and specific promotional campaigns.
Customs and taxes.
For international shipments, any applicable taxes or duties at the destination are included in the final price shown during the purchase process. The customer will not be required to pay any additional customs charges.
In certain cases, and when required by the regulations of the destination country, LEJAN BRAND request additional information or documentation from the customer in order to comply with the corresponding customs procedures.
Shipping incidents
If, for any reason beyond the control of LEJAN BRAND order cannot be shipped, the customer will be informed within a maximum of 24 working hours and a full refund of the amount paid will be made using the same payment method.
Order cancellation
Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it is shipped by contacting LEJAN BRAND WhatsApp (available on the website) or by email at hola@lejanbrand.com.
- If the order has not been prepared, there will be no charge for cancellation.
- If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation does not affect the consumer's legal rights.
Commercial extension of the exchange and return period
Additionally, as a commercial improvement, LEJAN BRAND a period of 30 calendar days for exchanges or returns.
During special campaigns, such as the Christmas campaign, orders placed between November 23 and December 31 will have an extended exchange and return period until January 31.
This extension is a commercial advantage and does not limit or replace the legal right of withdrawal.
Size changes
- The first size exchange is free of charge in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands).
- Outside Spain, the exchange will incur the cost of international shipping corresponding to the customer's location.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Commercial returns
The customer may return any product within the extended commercial period of 30 calendar days.

The return label should not be placed directly on the original product box. Otherwise, the return may be rejected.
Return costs
Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are borne by the customer and correspond to the standard shipping rate applicable to each country or region.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incidents, defective products, and warranty
If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must report it immediately so that LEJAN BRAND offer an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
All products sold by LEJAN BRAND with a three-year legal warranty, in accordance with current regulations.
Liability and transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the customer at the moment when the customer, or an authorized third party, acquires physical possession of the order.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
Placing an order implies express acceptance of this policy, the Privacy Policy, and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
