Can I modify my order?
You can do this directly from the confirmation email or by contacting our customer service team at hola@lejanbrand.com or via WhatsApp on 621 141 710.
Once you receive notification that your order has entered the preparation stage, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancellations.
In that case, you can arrange for a return once the order has been delivered.
If I have received a different size than the one I ordered, what should I do?
If you have received a size different from the one you requested, please contact our customer service team at hola@lejanbrand.com or via WhatsApp at 621 141 710.
We will handle the issue and ensure that you receive the correct size as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
How can I exchange an item for a different size?
Spain
You can request a size change via the following link: lejan
Select the item you wish to exchange and, on the next screen, choose the exchange option. You can then select the size and color you need.
Once the process is complete, you must take the package to a post office, along with the barcode you will receive by email. When the package is deposited at the post office, the new order will be prepared and you will receive an email for tracking purposes.
International Orders
For international orders, you can change the size through:

You will only need to enter the order number, which consists of five digits (for example: 12345).
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To initiate the return, you must manage it yourself through the following link: lejan
Remember that the order number consists of five digits and can be found in the confirmation email (for example: 12345).

The cost of returning items to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is €4.99.

Spain (Peninsula)
- Express shipping: 24–48 hours
- Pick up: 48–72 hours
- Standard shipping: between 3 and 5 business days
Balearic Islands
- Between 2 and 5 business days
Canary Islands
- Between 2 and 7 business days
Europe (EU)
- Between 2 and 7 business days
Rest of the world
- Between 2 and 10 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time) will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.
Issues with the delivery of my order
Delivery delay:
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will forward the incident to the shipping company to expedite delivery.
My order is listed as delivered, but I haven't received it:
Contact customer service and provide your order number. This will allow us to request proof of delivery from the shipping company and help you locate your order.
I haven't received the pickup code:
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and we will resend the code to the corresponding email address.
Cleaning and care
How can I clean my lejan?
To keep your Lejan new, we recommend using the Lejan Kit.
How to clean them step by step with the Lejan Kit:
1️⃣ Remove dry dirt with the cleaning brush, always brushing in the direction of the grain.
2️⃣ Apply a small amount of Sneaker Cleaner to the brush or directly to the area to be cleaned.
3️⃣ Gently rub only the necessary areas, without soaking the shoes.
4️⃣ Allow to air dry, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
5️⃣ Once dry, brush again to restore the natural texture of the split leather.
For extra protection, you can apply Sneaker Protector once they are clean and dry, helping to prevent future stains.
Remember not to use a washing machine or dryer.

Which size should I buy?
On all product pages, you will find a "size guide" drop-down menu. Click on it to see the specific size guide for that product.
What if my measurement falls right between two sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the one that leaves a margin closer to 1 cm.
For example, if one size leaves 0.6 cm and the next leaves 0.2 cm, the most suitable option will be the one that is closest to the recommended margin, even if it is not exact.
Practical example:
If the foot measures 14.9 cm, size 23 (14.3 cm insole) leaves a margin of 0.6 cm, while size 24 (15.1 cm insole) leaves 0.2 cm. In this case, size 24 is the most suitable, as it is closest to the recommended margin of 1 cm.
How many millimeters of margin are recommended for barefoot shoes?
It is recommended to leave a margin of approximately 1 cm to allow for natural foot movement and expansion when walking.
If one of my feet is longer than the other, which measurement should I use?
If one of your feet is slightly longer than the other, always use the measurement of the longer foot as a reference.
