Cancellation, Refund and Incident Policy
At LEJAN we understand that shopping online can be a challenge, especially when it comes to sizing. Therefore, we recommend you to check all the details before finalizing your purchase and make sure you measure correctly the size for your little one.
We want your experience with us to be completely satisfactory, so we have designed a Returns and Exchanges policy as clear and simple as possible to make the process easier for you. We hope it helps you :)
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before the delivery of the order please contact us through the WhatsApp chat that we have on our website or by email (hola@lejanbrand.com). If the warehouse has not yet prepared the cancellation will be free of charge. Once the order is ready or has left the warehouse it must be made as a return.
Size Change
The first size change will be free for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Outside Spain will have the cost of shipping. To do it you can manage it yourself through this link: https:lejancitos Choosing the store credit and returning to purchase.
This option is not always available (depending on the geographical area). If this is your case, please contact us through our whatsapp button or our email: hola@lejanbrand.com and we will manage it quickly and effectively.
Return
All products offered on the website can be returned without justification within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of order. In case you want to return an item, the management must be done by yourself / from the following link: returns.bigblue.lejancitos
There you will need to enter your order number and your local zip code. A return label will be generated, which you should print out and attach to your package. Then take it to the post office or, if you have requested a pickup, wait for the carrier to come and pick it up.
Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will process the refund of the order amount.
To make a return, it is essential that the product has not been used, that it retains all its original packaging and accessories and that it is in perfect condition, just as it was originally delivered. Products that do not meet this requirement will not be refunded. It is important that you never attach the return label directly to the original LEJAN box. Instead, place the label on the bag or box you use as packaging. If the label is attached to the original LEJAN box, the return will not be processed due to damage to the original packaging.
After 30 days have elapsed, we will not be able to accept product returns.
This service will have a cost of 4,99€ for shipments from Spain (peninsula). And the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns and size exchanges from outside Spain (peninsula).
Due to our logistical limitations we cannot take care of these services, therefore:
- Size Changes:
- If you wish to change the size of a product, you must send us the item to the address that we will provide you when you contact our customer service (hola@lejanbrand.com) or whatsapp on the web.
- Shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facilities will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition and without signs of use, we will proceed to send the new size requested.
- The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new size.
Time to Reimburse
When we receive your package in our logistics warehouse and verify that the products are in perfect condition, we will initiate the refund process. The corresponding amount will be credited to your account within approximately 2 to 7 days, depending on the processing times of your bank. We will send you an email to inform you once the refund has been completed.
If you still have any questions that we have not been able to resolve with the information provided above, you can always contact us via email at hola@lejanbrand.com, and we will respond to your message within 24 hours.
Returns and Special Situations
In case of returns of dirty shoes or with signs of use, we will contact you to explain the reasons for refusal and how to proceed with the costs of collection and reshipment.
Incidents
We work with high quality standards in our materials and processes. If, in spite of this, you find a defective product, we will provide a suitable solution for you free of charge.
We ask that you check the products upon receipt and before use, and that any non-conformity or damage is reported immediately. This is the time when we can effectively resolve your problem.
Complaints and Claims
For any problem or complaint, our customer service is available via the contact form or at hola@lejanbrand.com. If you are not satisfied with the solution offered, you can file an official complaint through accredited entities on the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.
Security and Confidentiality
We are committed to handle your card data securely through secure servers. All information exchanged will be kept as proof of the transactions made. In addition, you can request the consultation, rectification or cancellation of your data by sending an email to: hola@lejanbrand.com
Warranties
At LEJAN BRAND we guarantee the authenticity of all our products, which are conceived, designed and manufactured exclusively by us. Each article is guaranteed for 3 years, in strict compliance with the standards and terms established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. This regulation endorses the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, along with other related laws.
Validity of the form as proof of acceptance
Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale is made by clicking on the button "place the order" button on the Checkout page and by accepting the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale in the same place. Both parties acknowledge that these terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in all legal aspects.
We reserve the legitimate right to defend the interests of our company against any libel, slander or unjustified attack against our reputation on the Internet or other media.
In the event that any of the conditions set forth are invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such condition shall be ineffective, but only to the extent of its invalidity, without affecting any other condition herein.
Corporate responsibility
We disclaim all liability for information manipulated or introduced by third parties on our website.

Although our website has been tested to function properly all year round, interruptions may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as programming errors, maintenance, force majeure, natural disasters, hacker actions, strikes or other similar events. You will not be able to claim financial compensation for these interruptions.
