This Policy governs the conditions of shipping, exchanges, returns, cancellations, incidents and the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal applicable to purchases made through the website www.lejanbrand.com, owned by LEJAN BRAND, S.L.

This policy has been drawn up in accordance with current regulations on consumer and user protection, electronic commerce and data protection, and applies to all orders placed through the website.

Legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the customer has a legal right of withdrawal on purchases made remotely.

The customer may exercise this right within fourteen (14) calendar days, without the need to justify the decision and without any penalty, except for the direct costs of returning the product, when these have been duly notified.

Start of the withdrawal period

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall begin from the day on which the customer, or a third party authorised by the customer, takes physical possession of the product, that is, from the actual receipt of the order.

For orders containing several products delivered separately, the period shall begin from the receipt of the last of them.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision unequivocally within the legally established period, using the contact channels provided by LEJAN BRAND.

LEJAN BRAND may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the customer has provided valid proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Effects of withdrawal and refund

In the event of legal withdrawal:

  • The amount of the returned product or products will be refunded.
  • The standard shipping costs corresponding to the initial shipment will be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, without prejudice to the bank's own processing times.

Return costs in the event of withdrawal

In the event of exercising the legal right of withdrawal, the direct return costs shall be borne by the customer, in accordance with current regulations, having been previously informed of these costs in this policy.

Commercial shipping policy

Order confirmation and tracking

Once the purchase has been made, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

When the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, LEJAN BRAND will send an additional email with the tracking number, which will allow the status of the shipment to be checked at any time.

Estimated delivery times.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by logistical incidents, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand (launches, Black Friday, Christmas, special promotions), customs procedures or causes beyond the control of LEJAN BRAND.

  • Spain: 24–72 working hours (depending on the option chosen)
  • Europe: 2–5 working days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 working days

LEJAN BRAND is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping data provided by the customer.

Shipping rates.

The shipping rates applicable to each country or region, as well as the minimum amounts for free shipping, are clearly displayed during the purchase process and are detailed in this policy.

These rates may vary depending on the destination, the chosen shipping method and specific promotional campaigns.

Customs and taxes.

For international shipments, taxes or duties applicable at destination are included in the final rate shown during the purchase process. The customer will not have to pay any additional customs charges.

In certain cases, and where required by the regulations of the destination country, LEJAN BRAND may request additional information or documentation from the customer to comply with the corresponding customs procedures.

Shipping incidents

If, for any reason beyond the control of LEJAN BRAND, an order cannot be shipped, the customer will be informed within a maximum of 24 working hours and will receive a full refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method.

Order cancellations

The customer may request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped, by contacting LEJAN BRAND via WhatsApp (available on the website) or by email at hola@lejanbrand.com.

  • If the order has not yet been prepared, the cancellation will be free of charge.
  • If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with this policy.

The cancellation does not affect the consumer's legal rights.

Commercial extension of the exchange and return period

In addition, as a commercial improvement, LEJAN BRAND offers a period of 30 calendar days to make exchanges or returns.

During special campaigns, such as the Christmas campaign, orders placed between 23 November and 31 December will benefit from an extended exchange and return period until 31 January.

This extension is a commercial benefit and does not limit or replace the legal right of withdrawal.

Size exchanges

  • The first size exchange is free in Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
  • Outside Spain, the exchange will incur the international shipping cost corresponding to the customer's region.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

Commercial returns

The customer may return any product within the extended commercial period of 30 calendar days.

The return label must not be placed directly on the product's original box. Otherwise, the return may be rejected.

Return costs

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, return costs are borne by the customer and match the standard shipping rate applicable to each country or region.

The original shipping costs are not refunded.

Incidents, defective products and warranty

If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, this must be reported immediately so that LEJAN BRAND can offer a suitable solution at no additional cost.

All products marketed by LEJAN BRAND have a legal warranty of three (3) years, in accordance with current regulations.

Liability and transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the customer at the time when the customer, or a third party authorised by the customer, takes physical possession of the order.

Complaints and claims

The customer may submit any complaint or claim by email to hola@lejanbrand.com or through the contact channels available on the website.

The customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).

Acceptance of the conditions

Placing an order implies the express acceptance of this policy, the Privacy Policy and the General Conditions of Sale. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
