PURPOSE	INFORMATION
CUSTOMER SERVICE	Process the personal data strictly necessary to manage or resolve the query, request or petition made by the user.
MARKETING	Manage the sending of commercial communications, promotions or Newsletters to all users who have subscribed.
QUALITY SURVEYS	Sending of quality surveys on the products or services provided.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The user is responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness of the data provided. Otherwise, LEJAN BRAND may exclude the user from the services for which they have provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken.

The legal basis allowing the processing of the personal data provided by the user shall be governed by the following:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be kept according to the purpose:

LEJAN BRAND informs that it contracts services with providers located outside the European Economic Area, ensuring at all times an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms.

AUTOMATED DECISIONS AND PROFILING

LEJAN BRAND may carry out segmentations or basic profiles for commercial or statistical purposes (for example, product recommendations or sending personalised communications).

In no case are automated decisions adopted that produce legal effects on the user or significantly affect them in a similar way, in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR.

USER RIGHTS

Users who have provided personal data for processing by LEJAN BRAND have the following rights:

RIGHT OF ACCESS	The user has the right to obtain confirmation from LEJAN BRAND as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and to access any personal data held by LEJAN BRAND.
RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION	The user has the right to request that LEJAN BRAND rectify inaccurate data concerning them. The user shall also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.
RIGHT OF ERASURE/RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN	The user shall have the right to have LEJAN BRAND erase personal data concerning them, always taking into account the requirements established in current legislation.
RIGHT OF RESTRICTION	The user shall have the right to request that LEJAN BRAND restrict the processing of personal data, always taking into account the requirements established in current legislation.
RIGHT OF PORTABILITY	The user shall have the right to receive from LEJAN BRAND the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller when the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.
RIGHT TO OBJECT	The user has the right to object to LEJAN BRAND processing personal data concerning them when it is processed on the basis of public or legitimate interest. In such a case, LEJAN BRAND will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT	The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the rights set out in this privacy policy are being violated, or if they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

LEJAN BRAND is not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), in accordance with current regulations and the nature of the processing carried out.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

LEJAN BRAND has a presence on the main social networks: Linkedin. For this reason, it assumes the role of Data Controller for the data shared on its profiles deriving from friends, likes, followers, comments, pins, etc.

The user expressly agrees to be subject to the privacy conditions and terms of the various social networks or platforms where LEJAN BRAND has a presence, authorising LEJAN BRAND to use the means that those networks allow to inform users about the various activities and services it carries out.

MINORS.

Children under 14 years of age may not use the services available on this website without the prior authorisation of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts carried out through this website by the minors in their care, including completing forms with the personal data of those minors and ticking, where applicable, the boxes that accompany them.

In this regard, and to the extent that LEJAN BRAND has no ability to verify whether users are minors or not, it is the parents, guardians or legal representatives who must put in place the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing this website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, with LEJAN BRAND assuming no liability in this regard.

DATA SECURITY AND DATA BREACHES

In order to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data provided, LEJAN BRAND has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to prevent the loss of data, as well as the unauthorised processing or access of third parties, as required by current legislation in this area and given the state of the art and the nature of the data stored.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time on the basis of the website's own needs and future legislative changes regarding privacy, with LEJAN BRAND reserving this right exclusively.

If such a change is made, LEJAN BRAND will inform the user of the changes in question if they are significant for their privacy, so that the user can review the changes introduced in order to assess whether to object to the processing of personal data or to unsubscribe from a service or feature. In any case, if consent is required for the processing of personal data for purposes other than those provided for in this privacy policy, the user's consent will be requested in accordance with the data protection regulations in force at any given time.
