I have the wrong size, how do I cancel or change my order?
Changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel or make changes to an order before delivery please contact us via WhatsApp chat we have on our website or by email (hola@lejanbrand.com). If the order has already been delivered, it must be processed as a return. This operation will not entail any cost.
If my order arrives and the size is not correct, what should I do?
The first size change will be free for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Outside Spain will have the cost of shipping. To do it you can manage it yourself through this link: https://returns.bigblue.co/lejancitos Choosing the store credit and make a new purchase.
This option is not always available (depending on the geographical area). If this is your case, please contact us through our whatsapp button or our email: hola@lejanbrand.com and we will manage it quickly and effectively.
can i return my order?
Yes, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order. In case you want to return an item, the management must be done through this link https://returns.bigblue.co/lejancitos
Returns have a cost of 4,99€ (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Returns and size exchanges outside Spain (peninsula) and Balearic Islands.
Size Changes:
- If you wish to change the size of a product, you must send us the item to the address we will provide you when you contact our customer service (hola@lejanbrand.com) or whatsapp widget.
- Shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facilities will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns:
- If you wish to return a product, you must send it to our address at your expense. It is essential that the product is returned in its original condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
