Can I modify my order?

You can do it directly from the confirmation email or by getting in touch with our customer care team via hola@lejanbrand.com or on WhatsApp at 621 141 710.

Once you receive the notice that your order has entered preparation, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

In that case, you'll be able to manage the return once the order has been delivered.

If I received a different size from the one I ordered, what should I do?

If you received a different size from the one you requested, please contact our customer care team via hola@lejanbrand.com or on WhatsApp at 621 141 710.

We'll handle the issue and get the correct size to you as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.

How can I exchange a size?

Spain

You can request a size exchange via the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/lejan

Select the item you want to exchange and, on the next screen, choose the exchange option. You'll then be able to select the size and colour you need.

Once the process is complete, you'll need to drop the parcel off at a post office, along with the barcode you'll receive by email. When the parcel is dropped off, the new order will enter preparation and you'll receive a tracking email.

International orders

For international orders, you can request a size exchange via:

You'll just need to enter the order number, made up of five digits (for example: 12345).

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To start the return, you'll need to manage it yourself via the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/lejan

Remember that the order number is made up of five digits and you'll find it in the confirmation email (for example: 12345).

The cost of the return for mainland Spain and the Balearics is €4.99.

What are the delivery times?

Spain (Mainland)

  • Express shipping: 24–48 h
  • Pick up: 48–72 h
  • Standard shipping: between 3 and 5 working days

Balearics

  • Between 2 and 5 working days

Canary Islands

  • Between 2 and 7 working days

Europe (EU)

  • Between 2 and 7 working days

Rest of the world

  • Between 2 and 10 working days

Orders placed before 12:00 (Spanish mainland time) will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next working day.

Issues with my order delivery

Delivery delay:

If your order is delayed, please contact our customer care team. We'll pass the issue on to the courier to speed up delivery.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it:

Get in touch with the customer care team and provide your order number. We can then request proof of delivery from the courier and help you locate it.

I haven't received the pickup code:

Contact our customer care team with your order number and we'll arrange to resend the code to the corresponding email address.

How can I clean my Lejan?

To keep your Lejan as good as new, we recommend using the Lejan Cleaner Kit

How to clean them step by step with the Lejan Cleaner Kit:

1️⃣ Remove dry dirt with the cleaning brush, always brushing in the direction of the nubuck.

2️⃣ Apply a small amount of Sneaker Cleaner onto the brush or directly onto the area to be cleaned.

3️⃣ Gently scrub only the necessary areas, without soaking the footwear.

4️⃣ Leave to air dry, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

5️⃣ Once dry, brush again dry to restore the natural texture of the nubuck.

For extra protection, you can apply the Sneaker Protector. once clean and dry, helping to prevent future stains.

Remember not to use the washing machine or tumble dryer.

How can I know which size to buy?

On every product page you'll find a "size guide" dropdown — by clicking on it you can see the size guide specific to that product.

What if my measurement falls right between two sizes?

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the one that leaves a margin closer to 1 cm.

For example, if one size leaves 0.6 cm and the next leaves 0.2 cm, the more suitable option is the one that gets closer to the recommended margin, even if not exact.

Practical example:

If the foot measures 14.9 cm, size 23 (insole 14.3 cm) leaves a margin of 0.6 cm, while size 24 (insole 15.1 cm) leaves 0.2 cm. In this case, size 24 is the most suitable, since it's the one that gets closest to the recommended 1 cm margin

How many millimetres of margin are recommended in barefoot?

An approximate 1 cm margin is recommended to allow the natural movement of the foot and its expansion when walking.

If I have one foot longer than the other, which measurement should I use?

If you have one foot slightly longer than the other, always use the measurement of the longer foot as your reference.
