I got the size wrong, how do I cancel or change my order?
Order cancellation or change
If you want to cancel or make changes to an order before it's delivered, contact us via the WhatsApp chat on our website or by email (hola@lejanbrand.com). Once the order has been delivered, it must be handled as a return. This operation has no cost.
If my order arrives and the size isn't right, what should I do?
The first size change will be free for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Outside Spain, shipping costs will apply. To do it, you can manage it yourself through this link: https://returns.bigblue.co/lejancitos. Choosing store credit and ordering again.
This option isn't always available (depending on the geographical area). If that's your case, contact us via our WhatsApp button or our email: hola@lejanbrand.com and we'll handle it quickly and effectively.
can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt of the order. If you want to return an item, you must manage it yourself through the following link: returns.bigblue.co/lejancitos
Returns cost 4.99€ (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Returns and size changes from outside Spain (peninsula) and the Balearic Islands.
1. Size changes:
- If you want to change the size of a product, you'll need to send us the item to the address we'll provide when you contact our customer service (hola@lejanbrand.com) or WhatsApp widget.
- Shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facilities are the customer's responsibility.
2. Returns:
- If you want to return a product, you'll need to send it to our address at your own cost. It's essential that the product is returned in its original condition, without signs of use and in its original packaging.
