LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided. Otherwise, LEJAN BRAND may exclude the user from the services for which false data has been provided, without prejudice to other legally appropriate actions.

The legal basis that allows the processing of personal data provided by the user will be governed by the following:

USER RIGHTS

Users who have provided personal data for processing by LEJAN BRAND have the following rights:

RIGHT OF ACCESS	The user has the right to obtain confirmation from LEJAN BRAND as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, as well as to access the personal data that LEJAN BRAND holds.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION	The user has the right to request that LEJAN BRAND rectify inaccurate data concerning them. They will also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional statement.
RIGHT TO ERASURE / RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN	The user will have the right to have LEJAN BRAND erase personal data concerning them, always taking into account the requirements established in current legislation.
RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING	The user will have the right to request LEJAN BRAND to restrict the processing of personal data, always taking into account the requirements established in current legislation.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY	The user will have the right to receive from LEJAN BRAND the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller when the processing is based on consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means.
RIGHT TO OBJECT	The user has the right to object to LEJAN BRAND processing personal data concerning them when these are subject to processing based on public or legitimate interest. In such a case, LEJAN BRAND will cease to process the data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT	The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the rights set forth above in this privacy policy are violated or if they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

LEJAN BRAND is not legally obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), in accordance with current regulations and the nature of the processing carried out.

 

SOCIAL NETWORKS

LEJAN BRAND is present on the main social networks: LinkedIn. For this reason, it assumes the role of Data Controller for the data shared on its profiles resulting from friends, likes, followers, comments, pins, etc.

The user expressly agrees to be subject to the conditions and terms that, regarding privacy, are established by the different social networks or platforms where LEJAN BRAND is present, authorizing it to use the means that these networks allow to inform users about the different activities and services it carries out.

 

MINORS.

Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available on this website without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through this website by the minors under their charge, including the completion of forms with the personal data of said minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them.

In this regard, and to the extent that LEJAN BRAND is unable to control whether users are minors or not, it will be the parents, guardians or legal representatives who must enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing this website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, LEJAN BRAND accepting no responsibility in this regard.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time based on the website's own needs and future legislative changes regarding privacy, with LEJAN BRAND exclusively reserving this right.

Should such a modification occur, LEJAN BRAND will inform the user of the changes in question if they are significant for their privacy, so that the changes introduced can be reviewed, in order to assess opposition to the processing of personal data or to unsubscribe from any service or functionality.
